the beginning
The house was showing it’s age, the kitchen and primary bath finishes were dated and the exterior views were limited by relatively small doors and windows.
The Transformation
Opening up the South elevation with multi-panel sliding doors radically improves the view and, with the addition of new second floor terraces, opens the house to the gorgeous coastal weather. The kitchen and primary bathroom are reconfigured to improve the flow of the spaces and bring the house up to date with new luxury finishes.
