On the western shore of Oahu, an extraordinary resort was to have risen. With a mix of hotel and condominiums, multiple restaurants, luxury retail, a waterpark and an aquarium, this would have been a destination like no other.
ECO PARK EVERLAND
For the second iteration of the Atlantis resort in Dubai, the aquarium needed to exceed what was created in the Bahamas. This immersive experience possesses a grander scale, more exhibits and an enhanced narrative for the fictional “Atlantean” society.

Adjacent to the thriving Gas Lamp district, we were tasked with connecting the mall to the energy of the city around it, repositioning the offer towards lifestyle and entertainment.
As the hotel component of a new theme park development, it was vital to maintain the character driven narrative of the project. The hotel was designed to seamlessly integrate into the immersive guest experience.

We were given the opportunity to renovate a property the firm designed 25 years before. The new owners wanted to enhance the connection to the event lawn and pool area, in addition to updating all of the public lobby spaces.
