We were given the opportunity to renovate a property the firm designed 25 years before. The new owners wanted to enhance the connection to the event lawn and pool area, in addition to updating all of the public lobby spaces.

the VISION
Although the lobby had fantastic views out towards the Pacific, there was no direct connection to the event lawn below. A new stair was created, along with a new seating area and fountain, anchoring the event lawn. New cabanas were added to the pool area with an enhanced service counter and viewing area.
