the beginning
The lot dictated a second story addition, allowing the client to create an entire new vernacular. The owners wanted a luxury primary bedroom and bathroom and privacy deck.
The Transformation
With the second story addition, we created a modern coastal house complete with dual-primary bedroom plan, a dream bathroom, huge walk-in closets, vaulted ceilings and a private rear deck, new laundry room and all new windows.
