The kitchen and second wing of the houseare problematic. First, the butler’s pantry isn’tfinished to the quality of a gourmet kitchen. Yetits the circulation that impairs the experience ofthe house. One must go through the garage toaccess two guest rooms
By creating an interior gallery, we connectedthe guest rooms to the interior circulationof the house by reorganizing the butler’spantry. Importantly, site lines are maximizedwith multiple views to the exterior. Weadded a 50 foot lap pool and 10*10 jacuzzi.Guest Room 2 can serve as a pool lounge asit already has a shower and kitchenette.
